Twitter but an overlay that allows you to download or discredit tweets. You can amass likes by wrecking havoc on twitter accounts that others do not like. The accounts all have HP now which can be affected with a given refresh frequency. Imagine building up enough credit to unlock a feature where you get to "annihilate Trump's personal servers" or account in general. The damage can be refreshed but a tally over time could provide a useful metric for overall popularity of given accounts.

On Twitter you just see how many followers there are. You don't see how many haters there are. Let there be downvotes. Let there be flaming. Let there be chaos. Gamify that chaos and create a scoreboard.
