tacet creativity

If the world was not what it seems then perhaps humans supposed evolution to be the most self-realized and aware beings. Perhaps humans only think they are and in reality they go on like the ape animals they are. Naked and unevolved. Perhaps there was a glitch in evolution that caused humans to only think they had developed tools, all the while they manipulate dirt and sand into meaningless mounds. Their perceptions of tools are hereditary hallucinations that fool the human animal into thinking he experiences reality in more depth than those around him. Perhaps man is not the most highly evolved. This is sort of a trite precept for explaining human perception not unlike the plot of the matrix.

Another almost tacet thought passing through my subconscious today:

An action adventure film plot set as a period piece during the civil war. A family member was renown for raising a specific breed of war dogs known as hell hounds. The dogs would be unleashed on the battlefield to hunt down the opposition and overwhelm enemy lines.

There was a third idea but it is tacet now.
